Broken Telephone and Remixing

Remember the game broken telephone?  You know, you start by whispering "she sells sea shells to peter for a pack of pickled peppers" or some other inane statement.  Then, as it goes from person to person it turns into, "Sheila says Pete's wearing heated pepper pants" and everyone giggles at the results...Loved that game :) Remixing gives you the same goofy fix - it's essentially the same idea; you take someone's studio creation and replace either character, voice, video, outfit or some combination of those to get your own derivative creation.  Check this one out:

And then traciebelt took the Show, mixed it up a bit by changing the voice and video, and created a Show on cell mitosis for her class! (great use of the Studio traciebelt - we loved it).

Enjoy the new templates in the studio - Macho Valentine and Lady Valentine - they went up yesterday!

Great fun to create Shows with these templates - send us links of how you use them and we'll post them here :)

The templates give you guys ideas of how to use the studio - some are for greetings, others work for video dedications and all can be used to create show episodes with characters and changing videos and photos.  We have some cool templates coming soon - so keep checking back to see...

Calling Gizmoz Trendsetters!

We’re getting close to the point when the ‘upload head’ function (where you can upload your picture and create your own 3D head) will be available in the Studio – and now we need your help!  What kind of outfits would you like to dress your 3D character with?  Some of our most popular outfits on the Gizmoz site are the prom dresses and the tuxedo – but costumes like hippie and pimp have a decent following, as well.

Over the last year or so, since Gizmoz.com has been live, we’ve had requests for everything from glam to equestrian to ninja…One user even asked for a mask from Friday 13^th :-0
